Q. DO I NEED AN INITIAL MEETING WITH CLEARTEC?
A. No. With a simple telephone conversation or via e-mail, we will be able to understand your situation immediately. We will need an invoicing history and some details about user counts but that's all. Ten minutes of your time is probably all it will take. If you would like a more detailed discussion, we can visit you if you wish.
Q. WILL EMPLOYING A THIRD PARTY AFFECT MY CURRENT CONTRACT?
A. No. We simply write to the suppliers explaining that we are negotiating on your behalf. We always keep you informed of any negotiation strategies and will only proceed with the blessing of your legal department or advisors. You will always retain the contracts/supplier relationship.
Q. ARE THERE ANY 'UP FRONT' FEES?
A. No. Cleartec will only charge you if there are savings to be made and then only on a percentage basis, to be agreed, before any negotiation takes place.
Q.CAN CLEARTEC UNDERTAKE ANY DATA CONVERSION?
A. Yes. If we don't have the in-house skills currently available, we will source the appropriate personnel but only if the technicians are vetted by our own staff, with appropriate references. This will save you time and money.
Q. DOES CLEARTEC RECOMMEND ANY PARTICULAR SUPPLIERS?
A. No. The I.T. industry is currently saturated with new suppliers of technical solutions and we do not have any affiliation with any of them. We simply find the best solution for our clients, offering the best possible value and expertise.
