Managing Director, Simon Machin spent over ten years in the I.T. industry in senior roles, specifically as Head of Customer Services for a large subsidiary of Misys plc. His customer relationship skills are second to none and his ambition of 100% customer satisfaction has come to fruition in Cleartec. The company has never failed in its supplier negotiations, never failed in reducing costs and never failed in maintaining or improving I.T. supplier performance.
Driving the business with a passion for Customer Service, Simon recruited selected I.T. professionals who had the best experience in their chosen marketplaces. The customer portfolio has grown substantially over the years and the business has expanded by leaps and bounds.
